Enjoy what is probably the finest Swiss national dish in a spectacular setting. Prepared over a fire in the middle of the magical forest, it simply tastes best!

  • The fondue fun takes place in the evening and can be booked at any time. Whether as a romantic dinner, a family get-together or a team event, the fondue party has always been a hit with everyone.
  • The basic price includes supervision by the guide and the food (fondue and bread). The guide also ensures that everything else (such as crockery and cutlery) is provided. Drinks are not included in the basic price, but can be added during the booking process. Of course, you can also bring your own drinks, so you don't necessarily have to order them from us.
  • As the fondue is prepared outside over the fire, you first have to walk to the fireplace. All-terrain ability is therefore a prerequisite for taking part in this activity - in the evening it can be slippery and slippery in winter. In addition, each participant will need to carry some equipment with them so that the evening can proceed comfortably. So bring your own rucksack where there is still some space. Choose your clothes according to the activity and the weather - preferably too much and cosy and warm.
  • Please note that no consideration can be given to dietary preferences or allergies at the fondue party. We serve the best Adelboden cheese fondue from the local cheese dairy and delicious bread.

Discover the most beautiful places on a leisurely hike through the magical winter landscape of the Adelboden mountains or their forests.

  • The winter hike takes place in the morning or afternoon and can be combined with other activities such as fondue fun or tobogganing fun.
  • The basic price includes supervision by the guide. Any extras and additional activities can be booked. Depending on the snow conditions, the winter hike takes place with or without snowshoes. Hire equipment is therefore not included in the basic price. Any lift ticket required is also not included in the basic price.
  • You will need winter-appropriate clothing and good waterproof and sure-footed footwear. Choose your clothing so that you can take something off when you are going uphill and can keep warm during breaks. Don't forget to bring gloves, headgear (hat or headband) and sun protection (sunglasses).
  • Each participant should bring something to drink (at least 0.75 litres) and a small snack (e.g. muesli bar) in their own backpack.

Sledding fun is great fun for young and old. Race down the mountain on your chosen sledge and enjoy the Adelboden winter wonderland in a fun way.

  • The sledding fun takes place in the morning or afternoon and can be combined with other activities such as the fondue fun or the winter hike.
  • The basic price includes supervision by the guide. The cost of sledge hire is additional and must be paid directly at the hire station. The lift ticket is also not included in the basic price. Any extras and additional activities can be booked.
  • You will need clothing suitable for winter and good waterproof and sure-footed footwear. Don't forget to bring gloves, headgear (hat or headband) and sun protection (sunglasses). We also recommend that you wear a helmet and a back protector.
  • If you get hungry or thirsty in between, you can stop off at a restaurant. Of course, you can also take your own drinks and snacks with you in a rucksack. Please make sure that you take your drinks with you in a shatterproof bottle (no glass bottles).

Ice climbing is a challenge at the highest level. But don’t worry, your mountain guide will introduce you to the necessary techniques and you will be well secured. Please note that this offer is organised by our partner, the Alpine School Adelboden Kandersteg.

  • The basic course is a one-day course and introduces you to ice climbing. You will learn how to use crampons and ice axes and will master your first climbing sections on the ice wall while well secured.
  • This course only takes place on certain dates. If you would like to book a private off-piste course, you can contact us at any time and we will make your wish come true.
  • The course fees are included in the basic price. Any hire equipment and lift tickets are not included in the course costs.
  • You will need winter-appropriate clothing and good waterproof and sure-footed footwear. Don't forget to bring at least two pairs of gloves, headgear (hat or headband) and sun protection (sunglasses). Wearing a helmet is mandatory when ice climbing. Standard climbing helmets are suitable for this; you can hire these from the Adelboden Kandersteg Alpine School.
  • You are responsible for your own snacks and lunch. Take enough to drink with you and be sure to bring a few snacks and a sandwich so that you can fortify yourself. Please make sure that you take drinks with you in a shatterproof bottle (no glass bottles).
  • The Alpine School Adelboden Kandersteg will provide you with details of the meeting point and the programme in good time.
  • Please note that this course will only be organised if there are enough participants. If there are not enough participants, you will have the opportunity - take part in one of the next courses, - pay the surcharge so that the course only takes place for you - or to have the course costs refunded.

  • Igloo building with overnight stay takes place over two days. On the first day you build the igloo under the expert guidance of your private guide, spend the night in it and the next day you continue according to your chosen programme or return home.
  • On request and by arrangement with your private guide.
  • You will need winter-appropriate clothing and good winter-proof, warm and sure-footed footwear. Don't forget to bring at least three pairs of gloves, headgear (hat or headband) and sun protection (sunglasses), as well as spare underwear and everything else you need for the two days in the snow and the overnight stay.
  • Catering as agreed with your private guide.
  • You will also discuss the meeting point and all other details directly with your private guide.

Free as a bird, you can experience the Adelboden mountains from above on a tandem flight. Feel like an eagle and glide gently through the air. Your tandem pilot will ensure that safety and fun are not neglected.

  • To be able to carry out a tandem flight, the weather and wind conditions must be favourable. Although you can book a tandem flight for a specific date, we cannot guarantee that it will take place on the desired date.
  • The basic price includes the selected flight (Pleasure flight: 10 to 20 minutes / Thermal flight: 20 to 40 minutes). Any extras such as lift tickets are not included.
  • You will need warm clothing suitable for winter and good, sure-footed footwear. Don't forget to bring gloves, headgear (hat or headband) and sun protection (sunglasses). You will also need a helmet. You can take your personal ski or snowboard helmet with you. If you don't have a helmet, you can hire one from a local sports shop or tell your private pilot to organise one for you.
  • If you are hungry or thirsty before or after the flight, you can stop off at a restaurant.

The avalanche basic course is the foundation for freeriding or touring next to and off the official pistes. Here you will learn the basics of how to avoid avalanches and how to help in the event of a rescue operation. This course is organised by our partner, the Alpine School Adelboden Kandersteg.

  • The avalanche basic course is a one-day course and introduces you to avalanche prevention and the use of avalanche transceivers, probes and shovels. This is not a final training course, but merely an initial introduction to this complex subject matter to help you better assess the danger situation and deal with accident prevention.To take part, you need complete and fully functional ski, snowboard or snowshoe equipment and must be able to handle it.
  • This course only takes place on certain dates. If you would like to book a private off-piste course, you can contact us at any time and we will make your wish come true.
  • The course fees are included in the basic price. Any hire equipment (avalanche transceiver, probe and shovel in a suitable rucksack) and lift ticket are not included in the course costs.
  • You will need good, warm and, above all, winter-appropriate clothing. Don't forget to bring gloves, headgear (hat or headband) and sun protection (sunglasses).
  • Please bring your own food and drink to quench your hunger or thirst and for lunch. Please make sure that you bring drinks in a shatterproof bottle (no glass bottles).

Freeride – deep snow fun with lift access. Ski super slopes without the hassle of having to make a big ascent yourself. Of course, a small ascent is necessary for the really beautiful descents if you want to make your own tracks. Your mountain guide knows the area and will show you the best places to enjoy freeriding. Please note that this offer is organised by our partner, the Alpine School Adelboden Kandersteg.
  • Advanced skiing or snowboarding skills are required to take part in freeriding. You must also be able to use an avalanche transceiver, probe and shovel and know the basics of avalanche prevention. To take part, you need complete and fully functional ski or snowboard equipment and must be able to use it.
  • The basic price is per mountain guide for up to 2 participants. For 3 - 4 participants there is an additional charge of CHF 60 and for 5 - 6 participants CHF 120. These additional costs are to be paid directly to the mountain guide of the Alpine School Adelboden Kandersteg. Any rental equipment (avalanche transceiver, probe and shovel in a suitable rucksack) and lift ticket are not included in the course costs.

  • Advanced skiing skills (skis or snowboard) and a good basic level of fitness are required to take part in touring. You must also be able to use an avalanche transceiver, probe and shovel and know the basics of avalanche prevention. To take part, you need complete and fully functional ski or snowboard touring equipment and must be able to use it.
  • The basic price is per mountain guide for up to 2 participants. For 3 - 4 participants there is an additional charge of CHF 60 and for 5 - 6 participants CHF 120.
